I've volunteered with Lagos Food Bank since 1996. I started on a Saturday morning "just to help out" and never left.
I'm not an expert in anything, I just show up. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

We run on goodwill and a very old kettle.
What gifts mean to Godwin: I'd put a gift toward transport for our volunteers.
