Gloria S. Castro
Coached cycling for eight years in Newport
- 🇬🇧 Newport, Wales, United Kingdom
- Newport Boxing Gym
- 1986 to 1994
- English, French
I coached cycling at Newport Boxing Gym from 1986 to 1994. Most of my players were between 9 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I run most mornings.
More about Gloria
If you played for me, you probably remember the cold winter when we all kept our coats on.
What gifts mean to Gloria: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
