Gloria P. Shaw
26 years teaching home economics in Calgary
- 🇨🇦 Calgary, Alberta, Canada
- Rosewood Girls' School
- Since 1980
- English
I came to teaching late, after working as a bus driver, and 46 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
More about Gloria
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the mountains, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Gloria: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
