Gloria J. Torres

Jazz player and teacher in London

  • 🇬🇧 London, England, United Kingdom
  • 1989 to 2023
  • English
I play jazz and sitar. I started in 1989 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness. I teach about 9 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I make terrible puns. I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

What gifts mean to Gloria: I'd put a gift toward recording a small album.

I still have the recording from that night at St. Mary's Choir. Greetings from Arlington.

You played at our wedding in 1999 and it was perfect. Greetings from Seattle.
