For 26 years I ran the hockey program at Oakland Central Youth Club in Oakland. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
What gifts mean to Gloria: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
