Kilimanjaro Technical College was my second home. I taught statistics there from 1990 to 2010, mostly teenagers.
I coached the school's basketball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Gizem
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Gizem: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
