Youth cycling coach and mentor

I've coached cycling at Muzaffarpur Youth Club since 2018. Most of my players were between 11 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never raise my voice.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Girish
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
