Giovanna Santoro
Mentor in small business and teaching
- 🇮🇹 Rome, Lazio, Italy
- Rome Mentoring Circle
- Since 2010
- English, Italian
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 400 people through Rome Mentoring Circle.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.

What gifts mean to Giovanna: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
