Giovanna Raffaella Ferraro
Small business mentor, Parma
- 🇮🇹 Parma, Emilia-Romagna, Italy
- Parma Mentoring Circle
- 2012 to 2022
- English, Italian
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 500 people through Parma Mentoring Circle.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Giovanna
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Giovanna: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
