I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 430 people through Pelotas Mentoring Circle.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I run most mornings.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Giovana: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.

You helped me get my first engineering job in 2017. I still have your notes. Greetings from Bengaluru.

A small gift is a big thank-you.
