Giorgia Gabriella Grassi
Youth table tennis coach and mentor
- 🇮🇹 Bari, Puglia, Italy
- Sakura Sports Club
- Since 1982
- Italian
For 44 years I've run the table tennis program at Sakura Sports Club in Bari. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
Thank you for stopping by.
More about Giorgia
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

What gifts mean to Giorgia: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.

I still think about the cold winter when we all kept our coats on. Best summer of my life. Greetings from Christchurch.
