I teach special education and English literature at Sacramento Boys' School, Sacramento. I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
Over the years I've had 280 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.

What gifts mean to Gilbert: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
