Mentor in nursing and farming

For 42 years I've mentored people in nursing and farming. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I walk the dog by the river.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
