I've grown potatoes since 2005, with a bit of rice on the side. I'm up before the sun most days.
I teach local school groups about where food comes from. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
What gifts mean to Gilbert: Any gift will help me fix the irrigation before the dry months.
