Gilbert A. Marquez
Mentor in leadership and engineering
- 🇵🇭 Mandaue, Cebu, Philippines
- Mandaue Foundation
- Since 2006
- English, French
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,160 people through Mandaue Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Gilbert: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
