Gihan Tharindu Mendis
Mentor in leadership and nursing
- 🇱🇰 Jaffna, Northern, Sri Lanka

- Since 2010
- English, Sinhala
For 16 years I've mentored people in leadership and nursing. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
