Gihan Isuru Pathirana
Painter, potter and teacher at Trinity Print Workshop
- 🇱🇰 Colombo, Western, Sri Lanka
- Trinity Print Workshop
- Since 2008
- English, Sinhala
I work mostly in embroidery, sometimes watercolor. My first show was in 2008 at Trinity Print Workshop, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
Most of my work is inspired by the changing seasons. I'm learning the guitar.
More about Gihan
I've had 9 small exhibitions over the years. My favorite was the one with the worst lighting.
What gifts mean to Gihan: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
