Giannis Evangelos Dimitriou
Self-taught oil painting artist
- 🇬🇷 Thessaloniki, Central Macedonia, Greece
- Lakeview Gallery
- 1989 to 2012
- English, Greek, French
I work mostly in oil painting, sometimes printmaking. My first show was in 1989 at Lakeview Gallery, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
I carry a notebook everywhere. My studio is always a bit of a mess.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Giannis
I've had 12 small exhibitions over the years. My favorite was the one with the worst lighting.
What gifts mean to Giannis: Any gift helps me keep the free Saturday class running.
