For twelve years I ran the tennis program at Eastgate Athletic Club in Los Angeles. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I run most mornings.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
