For 21 years I have been the physics teacher at Mount Pleasant Middle School. I teach Year 9 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I walk the dog by the river. Inside it, I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Gianna
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the mountains, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Gianna: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
