For 18 years I have been the social studies teacher at Orchid High School. I teach first-year students and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.

If you were in my first-year students class, you probably remember the long bus ride home.
