Ghassan Rami Tawfik
Master of plumbing, now teaching apprentices

I'm a plumbing specialist. If you live around Giza, there's a good chance I've worked in a building near you.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 25 years later for another job.
What gifts mean to Ghassan: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
