Ghassan Ali Kassem
Children's librarian in Shubra
- 🇪🇬 Shubra, Cairo, Egypt
- Meadowbank Branch Library
- Since 1994
- English, Arabic
I've worked at Meadowbank Branch Library since 1994. If there was a question, we'd find an answer, or at least a book that might help.
I play music while people worked. A library should feel like a living room.
More about Ghassan
If you ever returned a book late to me, you're forgiven.

What gifts mean to Ghassan: I'd put a gift toward a reading corner at the nearby school.
