Ghada Zainab Tannous
Blacksmithing for 24 years in Alexandria
- 🇪🇬 Alexandria, Alexandria, Egypt
- 2001 to 2025
- English, Arabic
I've worked in blacksmithing from 2001 to 2025. I learned from my grandfather and passed what I could on to 1,390 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I never rush a conversation.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Ghada: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
