Getachew Surafel Shiferaw
Teacher at Kingsway Academy, loves environmental science
- 🇪🇹 Gondar, Amhara, Ethiopia
- Kingsway Academy
- 1989 to 2010
- English, Amharic
For 21 years I was the environmental science teacher at Kingsway Academy. I taught teenagers and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I coached the school's volleyball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
More about Getachew
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the planetarium, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
