Gerhard Nkosi
Helping people break into first-generation students
- 🇿🇦 Paarl, Western Cape, South Africa
- Paarl Learning Hub
- 1999 to 2021
- English, Zulu
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 420 people through Paarl Learning Hub.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm always reading two books at once.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Gerhard: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
