Gerhard N. Govender

Community garden organizer in Johannesburg

I've volunteered with Johannesburg Volunteer Corps from 1991 to 2005. I started on a Saturday morning "just to help out" and never left. I take the work seriously, though not myself. Small habits keep a team together. It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
