Gerhard H. Maharaj
Musician with Gqeberha Heritage Ensemble
- 🇿🇦 Gqeberha, Eastern Cape, South Africa
- Since 1979
- English, Spanish
I play piano and violin. I started in 1979 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness.
I try to remember everyone's name.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Gerhard
I write my first song when I was 16. It was terrible and I still love it.
What gifts mean to Gerhard: A gift would go toward new strings, repairs and music for my students.
