Gerhard D. Van der Merwe

Musician with Pretoria Choir

  • 🇿🇦 Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa
  • Pretoria Choir
  • 1991 to 2018
  • English, Zulu
I play accordion and songwriting. I started in 1991 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness. I teach about 17 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I'm learning the guitar.

More about Gerhard

I wrote my first song when I was 17. It was terrible and I still love it.
