Gerardo M. Macías
Mentor in farming and teaching
- 🇲🇽 Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico
- Summit Youth Network
- 1988 to 2006
- Spanish
For 18 years I've mentored people in farming and teaching. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I learned every name in the first week.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
