Gerard J. Mahony
Physics and economics teacher, Limerick
- 🇮🇪 Limerick, Munster, Ireland
- Limerick Boys' School
- 2003 to 2014
- English
For eleven years I was the physics teacher at Limerick Boys' School. I taught Grade 6 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I coached the school's basketball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Gerard
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the old fort, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
What gifts mean to Gerard: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
