Gerald M. Lacson
Mentor in teaching and design
- 🇵🇭 San Fernando, Pampanga, Philippines
- Andes Community Trust
- 2002 to 2022
- English, Filipino
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 940 people through Andes Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
