For 31 years I was the early years teacher at Iloilo City Girls' School. I taught Grade 8 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I ran the drama society after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I garden badly but happily.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Gerald
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the old fort, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
