I've cooked from 2001 to 2023, first at home, then at Makati Kitchen and later in my own kitchen. Food is how I say thank you.
On Sundays I cook for anyone who turns up. I answer every message, eventually.
What gifts mean to Gerald: Any gift helps me keep the Sunday table free for people in need.
