Gerald Howard
Nursing mentor, San Antonio
- 🇺🇸 San Antonio, Texas, United States
- San Antonio Community Trust
- 1990 to 2008

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 650 people through San Antonio Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.

What gifts mean to Gerald: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
