For 41 years I've run the cycling program at Tamale Boxing Gym in Tamale. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I walk the dog by the river.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
What gifts mean to Georgina: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.

You coached me in 2000. I still hear your voice on the sideline. Greetings from Medellín.
