Starlight Academy was my second home. I taught biology there from 1997 to 2010, mostly teenagers.
Outside the classroom I sing in a choir. Inside it, I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Geneviève
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
