Genesis Rivera

Choir director and singer

  • 🇺🇸 Oakland, California, United States
  • Oakland Maple Ridge Ensemble
  • Since 1989
  • English
I play bass and traditional drumming. I started in 1989 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness. My favorite gigs are the small ones where somebody cries a little in the third row.

More about Genesis

I write my first song when I was 20. It was terrible and I still love it.
