Genesis R. Russell
Accounting and economics teacher, Springfield
- 🇺🇸 Springfield, Massachusetts, United States
- Springfield Grammar School
- 1982 to 2017
- English
I taught accounting and economics at Springfield Grammar School, Springfield. I played music while people worked.
Over the years I had 810 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Genesis
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Genesis: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.

You taught me accounting in 1990 at Springfield Grammar School. I still remember the cold winter when we all kept our coats on.
