Genesis R. McCoy

Choir director and singer

  • 🇺🇸 Houston, Texas, United States
  • Eastgate Music School
  • 2015 to 2023
  • English
I play drums and accordion. I started in 2015 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness. I teach about 13 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays. I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

More about Genesis

I wrote my first song when I was 20. It was terrible and I still love it.

What gifts mean to Genesis: I'd put a gift toward recording a small album.
