Genesis L. Ortega

Barbecue and pastry cook

  • 🇬🇧 Manchester, England, United Kingdom
  • Little Manchester Grill
  • 2006 to 2023
  • English, French
I've cooked from 2006 to 2023, first at home, then at Little Manchester Grill and later in my own kitchen. Food is how I say thank you. My recipes mostly come from my grandfather. I run most mornings. Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

More about Genesis

I still cook the same soup every Friday.
