I taught music at Riverside Primary School in Cairns from 1982 to 2000. Most days I taught Year 9, and I played music while people worked.
I ran the art club after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I garden badly but happily.
More about Genesis
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.
