I've volunteered with Silverlake Community Kitchen since 1978. I started on a Saturday morning "just to help out" and never left.
Our crew is about 14 people now. Everyone brings something.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
What gifts mean to Genesis: Any gift will help us cover the hall hire this winter.
