Baking, done properly

My trade is baking. I opened my own shop in 2010 in Mandaue and I'm still there most mornings.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I try to remember everyone's name.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Gemma
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
