Gemma R. Ocampo
Keeper of the local history archives
- 🇵🇭 Caloocan, Metro Manila, Philippines
- Victory Branch Library
- Since 1994
- English, French
I've worked at Victory Branch Library since 1994. If there was a question, we'd find an answer, or at least a book that might help.
Some of my favorite visitors were children who came for the heating and stayed for the books.
