I've worked in plumbing since 1988. I learned from my uncle and passed what I could on to 1,560 apprentices.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 18 years later for another job.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

What gifts mean to Gemma: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
