Helping people break into leadership
- 🇵🇭 Pasig, Metro Manila, Philippines
- Rosewood Association
- Since 1982
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,850 people through Rosewood Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Gemma
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Gemma: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
