I'm a mentor in first-generation students. I've spent my career as a clerk and now give some of that back.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Geetha
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Geetha: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
