Geetha K. Reddy
Helping people break into writing
- 🇮🇳 Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India
- Chennai Foundation
- 1987 to 2015
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,320 people through Chennai Foundation.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
More about Geetha
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Geetha: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
