Geeta R. Bansal

Volunteer mentor with Siliguri Community Trust

  • 🇮🇳 Siliguri, West Bengal, India
  • Siliguri Community Trust
  • Since 1981
  • English, Hindi
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 2,520 people through Siliguri Community Trust. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites. I'm still learning every day.

More about Geeta

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
